My Homemade Immunity Booster Drink: A Mother’s Secret Weapon Against Cold and Flu




As a health coach and a mom, I've always been on the lookout for ways to keep my family healthy, especially during the cold and flu season. This year, with my 3.5-year-old daughter starting preschool, we've been introduced to a whole new world of germs.
