1:1 Health Coaching

With my one-on-one coaching, we will focus on four fundamentals of health: nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindfulness.

1:1 Fitness Coaching

As a mama myself, I understand the unique needs and challenges that come with motherhood.  My hybrid approach combines the benefits of personal training with the flexibility to fit your workouts into your busy schedule.

With this program, you'll receive 1:1 virtual training sessions with me once a week.  During these sessions we will focus on your specific goals, addressing any concerns you may have and ensuring proper form and technique. 


In addition to the personal training sessions, I'll provide you with a carefully curated program with two additional workouts per week that you can complete on your own.  These workouts are designed to be flexible, allowing you to choose the best time to fit them into your day.

As an NASM certified personal trainer with a specialization in pre and postnatal training you can feel confident your workout routine is appropriate for whatever stage of motherhood you are in.

What's Included:

  • 50-minute 1:1 virtual session once a week

  • 2 30-minute workouts to complete on your own each week

  • Reference videos for exercise form and to highlight concepts taught in 1:1 sessions

  • Accountability and support in between sessions

Core Recovery Program

My 8-week core recovery program is designed to help you heal from childbirth by strengthening the core from the inside out.  In doing this, you can safely and effectively transition into your favorite fitness routine postpartum.


Throughout this course, you will learn proper alignment and diaphragmatic breathing techniques, which are essential for restoring core stability and function.  You will then incorporate these two techniques into a series of exercises laid out for you in my Core Recovery Calendar.  Reference videos will ensure you feel confident as you progress through the program.
