Whether you’re preparing for motherhood or already navigating the postpartum period, personalized training sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs during these transformative times.


Each workout is designed to be safe, effective, and supportive of your journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery.

As an NASM certified personal trainer with a specialization in pre and postnatal training you can feel confident your workout routine is appropriate for whatever stage of motherhood you are in.

What's Included:

  • 50-minute virtual sessions

  • Train from the comfort of your own home

  • Each session is tailored to your body’s unique needs during pregnancy and the postpartum period, ensuring exercises are effective and suited to your current stage

  • Prioritizing your health and safety, all workouts are designed to be safe and accommodating, minimizing risk while maximizing benefits

  • Maintaining and building strength during pregnancy is crucial. These workouts are designed to help you handle the physical demands of pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for a newborn, while also respecting your body’s limits.

  • After childbirth, the focus isn’t on ‘bouncing back’ but on rebuilding your foundation of strength. My approach includes targeted core exercises and progressive overload techniques to safely enhance recovery, reduce the risk of injury, and strengthen your body postpartum.

  • Weekly Fitness Coaching: Engage in a 50-minute, one-on-one virtual fitness session each week, tailored specifically to your stage of motherhood and fitness level, focusing on safe and effective exercises.

  • Extended Bi-weekly Sessions: Every other week, the fitness session extends to approximately 90 minutes to include 40 minutes of health coaching. This integrated approach ensures you're supported not just physically, but in all aspects of your health.
